SHIPPING PROCESSING TIME
Shipments do not take place during weekends or holidays, and in the event of a surge in order volume, there might be a slight delay lasting a few days. It's advisable to factor in extra transit days for the delivery process. Rest assured, if a significant delay in shipping your order is anticipated, we will reach out to you via email. The standard delivery timeframe spans 1-4 weeks, varying depending on the product type, and applies to the specified territories: US, UK, and EEA.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
The processing time estimate for shipments to areas beyond those specified in Section 1, such as India, Turkey, Mexico, or any other global location, is 10-20 days. Shipments are not dispatched or delivered on weekends or holidays. In the event of a substantial increase in order volume, shipments may be slightly delayed. Kindly factor in extra transit days for the delivery process. Should there be a noteworthy delay in shipping your order, we will notify you through email.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours after the order is placed. Additionally, within your profile, you can track the status of each order made on EmpireDrop.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
Empiredrop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping, including tariffs and taxes, are Customer’s responsibility.
DAMAGES
EmpireDrop is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order in a damaged condition, please contact the shipment carrier to initiate a claim. Ensure to retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before proceeding with the claim process.
RETURNS
To qualify for a return, items must be incorrect, damaged, or not authentic. If you have received an item that deviates from the description on our site or arrived in a damaged or defective condition, you may be eligible to initiate a return.

After reporting the problem, the EmpireDrop team will contact the merchant, furnishing all the details provided by the User. If the merchant does not accept a possible return, EmpireDrop will not be responsible, and/or liable in any way to provide a refund or reorder of the item.
Original packaging is required for eligibility, and items returned without it may not be accepted. Also, the items should be used and must be returned in a new and unworn condition. Once we receive your return request, we will assess your case and provide further instructions. If your return is approved, you will receive either the same item(s) you returned or items of similar value as replacements in your inventory.
It's important to note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation of orders is permitted only before the shipping process commences. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. While we will make every possible effort to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has already been shipped.
